Change of mind
As we use print on demand services and do not stock products we cannot simply refund/take returns on products you have purchased on change of mind once the order has gone through.
Damaged Items
If you have received an item that is damaged on delivery. Please take photos of the damaged item and inform us immediately via email. Do not return the item as we may need to get additional information from you. We monitor this email closely and will get back to you promptly, and provide further instructions.
